An Issac Newton theme? That's definitely original. There are very few background in ~postcretaceous (https://www.deviantart.com/postcretaceous)'s
gallery and I think accomplishing a full landscape with good depth is very much improvement. It's a really cute picture.
Second Place
The detail in the tree and wings is amazing, and the lighting is so warm and beautiful. I think this is a wonderful piece and definitely shows that :iconhollyrosebriar: worked hard on this one. I just love the overall feeling of this work. >w<

This was a really close one and hard to judge, I almost made some people tie. Judging was based on the originality of the artwork and theme and the effort that went into it depending on the individual's gallery. Thank you all for participating, and I hope you had fun and were able to grow a little artistically.

Leaving on a Trip (I'm back)
Hi guys! I’m glad to be back now. I can rest at home finally. x3 I did get to see many pretty landscapes while I was gone and such beautiful mountains and skies.
I will try to catch up with all of my notifications on various social media as soon as I can. I will also be closing the birthday contest the day after tomorrow.
